2025 Troy High Homecoming Brings Tradition, Spirit, and Alumni Pride Together Troy High School’s 2025 Homecoming was a celebration of tradition, community, and unwavering Colt pride. The festivities began with an incredible parade, led proudly by the Troy High Marching Band. Their energy set the tone for the afternoon as they filled the streets with music and school spirit. Close behind marched the beloved Troy Colt mascot, hyping up the crowd with cheers, high-fives, and Colt pride on full display. The excitement continued into the stadium that evening as fans packed the stands for the Homecoming football game. Although the Colts fell 42–7, the spirit never faded — thanks in part to the mascot, who stayed on the sidelines all night, rallying the students and fans. A major highlight of the night was the return of the 1985 Troy football team, who were honored along with their families. Their presence brought back cherished memories and reminded everyone of the legacy that lives on through every generation of Colts. Many more alumni returned as well, reconnecting in the stands and turning the evening into a true homecoming of past and present. From a parade bursting with energy to a stadium filled with tradition, the 2025 Homecoming was a powerful reminder that Troy pride runs deep. Win or lose — once a Colt, always a Colt. Go Colts!
