Coach Scott Germansky brings a strong background in volleyball instruction and student-athlete development. He has been actively coaching within the Troy School District as a middle school coach at Baker Middle School and has also served as a girls coach at Stoney Creek High School. In addition, he has extensive club coaching experience with both High Performance and Unified, where he has worked with athletes across multiple levels of competition. Currently, he is the varsity boys volleyball coach at Athens High School. Coach Germansky will be collaborating with our athletic department in the coming weeks to finalize the remainder of the coaching staff. He will also be instrumental in organizing and communicating off-season opportunities designed to support skill development, team culture, and program growth for all levels of Troy High volleyball. We are excited about the leadership, experience, and energy Coach Germansky brings to our program and look forward to the positive impact he will have on our student-athletes.
