Troy Sweeps Harper Woods, Varsity Improves to 3–0 in League Play

Troy Girls Basketball had a big night on the road, as all three teams completed a sweep against Harper Woods, highlighted by a strong varsity performance and a convincing 58–37 victory. The varsity squad set the tone early and maintained control throughout the game with physical defense and unselfish play. Maci Zeiter led all scorers with 18 points, continuing her strong stretch of play. Olivia Spangler followed with a season-high 15 points, providing a major offensive spark. Olivia Jasniewicz and Olivia Georges each added 8 points, contributing on both ends of the floor. Beyond the box score, the Colts’ toughness and togetherness stood out. Troy battled through a physical matchup, defended with intensity, and made winning plays when it mattered most to secure the hard-fought league win. With the victory, the Colts improve to 3–0 in league play and will quickly turn their attention to a big test at home. Troy hosts cross-town rival Athens tomorrow, and the team is looking forward to strong community support as league play continues.
