Quarles is the New Athletic Trainer at Troy High

Troy High School is proud to welcome Damien Quarles as the newest member of the Troy Colts family, joining the athletic department as the school’s Athletic Trainer. Damien officially began his role on January 15, bringing valuable experience and a strong passion for student-athlete care. Damien comes to Troy High School from Lakeview and has previous experience working within the Oakland Activities Association (OAA) through Southfield. His familiarity with the league and its competitive environment allows him to seamlessly support Troy student-athletes across all sports. A graduate of Central Michigan University, Damien has an extensive athletic background. He played both basketball and baseball in high school and continued his baseball career at the community college level. His firsthand experience as a multi-sport athlete helps him connect with student-athletes while emphasizing injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellness. Outside of his professional role, Damien enjoys working out and learning new things, traits that reflect his commitment to growth and excellence.
